崗位職責responsibilities
1. 硬件與網(wǎng)絡維護hardware & network maintenance
o 監(jiān)控并解決業(yè)務運營中的it問題，包括計算機、打印機、網(wǎng)絡線路等硬件設備的故障排查與維護
o monitor and resolve it issues in business operations, including troubleshooting computers, printers, and network infrastructure
o 確保網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行，定期檢查網(wǎng)絡設備狀態(tài)及性能優(yōu)化
o ensure network stability and optimize performance through regular checks
2. 網(wǎng)絡安全管理cybersecurity compliance
o 參與it團隊變更管理流程，協(xié)調網(wǎng)絡安全策略的實施與更新
o participate in change management processes and enforce security policies
o 嚴格遵守集團網(wǎng)絡安全政策，定期執(zhí)行安全審計與漏洞修復
o conduct security audits and patch vulnerabilities per company protocols
3. 外部協(xié)調與應用支持external coordination
o 與合作伙伴及外部顧問協(xié)作，提供應用系統(tǒng)技術支持并跟蹤問題解決進度
o collaborate with partners/vendors to provide application support and track issue resolution
o 根據(jù)需求參與系統(tǒng)測試，確保功能與安全性符合標準
o perform system testing as required to validate functionality and security
4. 英文政策管理english policy documentation
o 撰寫、更新及維護英文it政策文檔，確保內容符合行業(yè)規(guī)范
o draft and maintain it policies in english, ensuring compliance with standards
5. 風險與事件響應risk & incident management
o 分析安全風險事件，制定快速解決方案并執(zhí)行應急處理流程
o analyze security risks and execute efficient incident response plans
6. 其他任務additional tasks
o 完成it經(jīng)理分配的其他技術或行政類任務
o complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by it manager
任職要求qualifications
? 計算機或相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷，2年以上it支持經(jīng)驗
? bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 2+ years of it experience
? 熟悉網(wǎng)絡管理、硬件維護及常見安全工具（如防火墻）
? proficient in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and security tools (e.g., firewalls)
? 具備英文技術文檔撰寫能力，cet-4以上優(yōu)先
? strong english writing skills for technical documentation (cet-4 preferred)
? 良好的溝通能力與團隊協(xié)作精神，能適應多任務處理
